Return window
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Go to My Orders and open the order.
- Click “Request return” on the item you’d like to send back and pick a reason.
- Follow the instructions on screen. The seller will review and approve your request.
Refunds
Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
Intimate apparel, perishables, digital downloads, and clearly-marked final-sale items cannot be returned.
